Michael R. Bush, of counsel to the firm, is also a member of Einig & Bush, LLP. Mr. Bush has spent many years in the practice of real estate law and real estate litigation, with an emphasis on mortgages and related litigation.

In his many years of practice, Mr. Bush has represented plaintiffs and defendants, as well as Court appointed receivers, in numerous complex foreclosure proceedings, workouts and other litigated real property disputes. He has also been designated counsel for various title insurance companies in litigated matters.

Mr. Bush has also represented lenders, purchasers and sellers in all phases of commercial and residential real estate transactions from the simple to the complex.

Prior to the creation of Einig & Bush, LLP in 1995, Mr. Bush was associated with the firm of Goldberg, Weprin & Ustin, LLP and the firm of Cullen & Dykman, LLP

Mr. Bush received his Juris Doctor degree from St. John’s University, and a Bachelor of Arts degree from Hofstra University.

Mr. Bush is admitted to practice law in the State of New York as well as in the United States District Courts for the Southern and Eastern Districts of New York.
