Charles R. Sabel, of counsel to the firm, concentrates his practice in the area of civil litigation. With a quarter century of trial experience, Mr. Sabel has a particular expertise in the areas of medical malpractice litigation and securities arbitration proceedings.

Mr. Sabel has appeared as trial counsel in numerous cases before the State and Federal Courts in New York, as well as in proceedings before the various administrative and arbitration tribunals. He has been trial counsel in a number of litigated disputes in which he obtained recoveries in excess of $1,000,000. Mr. Sabel is a member of the New York State Trial Lawyers Association and the Association of the Bar of the City of New York.

Mr. Sabel received a Juris Doctor degree from the University of Houston and received a Bachelor of Arts degree from the State University of New York at Albany.

Mr. Sabel is admitted to practice law in the State of New York and before the United States District Courts for the Southern and Eastern Districts of New York.
