Caryn Block, an associate of the firm, concentrates her practice in commercial leasing matters, representing both landlords and tenants in the preparation and negotiation of complex office and retail leases, licenses and all related agreements.

In addition to her leasing experience, Ms. Block has extensive experience in the representation of lenders, borrowers, sellers and purchasers in the financing, acquisition and disposition of commercial real estate holdings.

Prior to joining the firm, Ms. Block was an associate with the firm of Meltzer, Lippe, Goldstein & Breitstone, LLP and with the firm of Garfunkel, Wild & Travis, P.C. on Long Island, New York, and with the firm of Bachner, Tally, Polevoy & Misher in Manhattan.

Ms. Block received her Juris Doctor degree from New York University School of Law and her Bachelor of Arts Degree in Rhetoric and Communication from the State University of New York at Albany, summa cum laude.

Ms. Block is a member of the New York State Bar Association. She is admitted to practice law in New York and Florida.
