Barbara Schwartz, an associate of the Firm, concentrates her practice in commercial leasing matters, representing both landlords and tenants in the preparation and negotiation of complex office and retail leases, licenses and all related agreements.

In addition to her leasing experience, Ms. Schwartz has extensive experience in the representation of sellers and purchasers in the acquisition and disposition of commercial real estate holdings.

Prior to joining the Firm, Ms. Schwartz was an associate with the firms of Stroock & Stroock & Lavan LLP in New York City, Sills Cummis Epstein & Gross in Newark, New Jersey and Fried Frank Harris Shriver & Jacobson in New York City.

Ms. Schwartz received her Juris Doctor degree from Rutgers School of Law  Newark, New Jersey and her Bachelor of Arts degree from Colgate University, Hamilton, New York. Ms. Schwartz also holds a Masters of City & Regional Planning degree from Rutgers University, New Brunswick, New Jersey.

Ms. Schwartz is admitted to practice law in New York and New Jersey.
