Avely Hart, a member of the firm, concentrates his practice in the areas of commercial and residential real estate, corporate and business law, and related litigation. Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Hart was a founder and senior partner in the Manhattan law firm of Hart & Hart LLP for more than thirteen years.

Mr. Hart has extensive experience represented clients in matters involving commercial real estate sales, acquisitions and financing, as well as in matters involving the sale and acquisition of business entities. He also represented clients in numerous matters involving complex litigation of real estate and corporate disputes.

Mr. Hart received a Juris Doctor degree from CUNY Law School and received a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science from the State University of New York at Stony Brook.

He is admitted to practice law in the State of New York and before the United States District of Courts for the Southern and Eastern Districts of New York, and before the Supreme Court of the United States.
