Alfonso DeCicco, an associate with the firm, concentrates his practice in commercial litigation matters.

Prior to joining the firm, Mr. DeCicco was associated with law firms representing various lenders including Citicorp Vendor Finance, Inc. and G.E. Capital. In addition, he has represented significant commercial landlords and tenants in New York City.

Mr. DeCicco received a Juris Doctor degree from New York Law School, where he was an executive board member of the New York Law School Moot Court Association and competed in two national moot court competitions. While in law school, Mr. DeCicco served as an intern for the Hon. Thomas V. Polizzi of the Supreme Court of the State of New York, Queens County and as an intern for the Consumer Unit of the Legal Aid Society.

Mr. DeCicco received his Juris Doctor degree from New York Law School and a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science from the St. Francis College.

Mr. DeCicco is a member of the New York State Bar Association and the Bay Ridge Lawyers Association. He is admitted to practice law before the courts the State of New York as well as before the United States District Courts for the Eastern and Southern District of New York.
