The experience of the litigation department of the Firm is extremely broad, extending from straightforward to complex disputes involving closely held and publicly traded businesses, all range of contracts and commercial matters, real estate, construction, consumer credit, banking, employment, executive compensation and matters involving professional malpractice. Our litigators have a well established record of success before both trial and appellate courts at the local, state and federal levels, as well as before the various administrative agencies and arbitration/mediation forums.
The Firm serves as counsel to issuers and underwriters in both private placements and public offerings of equity and debt securities under the Securities Act of 1933. We also act as special counsel to corporations, controlling stock holders and employee groups in matters concerning mergers and acquisitions.
